This class will begin with 75 minutes of progressive movement, starting with a slow flow that builds into a vinyasa with modifications for beginners and Irene’s favorite amplifications for those with more experience. The last 15 minutes of class will be a guided meditation to gently ease you into deeper relaxation.
All levels welcome and encouraged to come.

Workshop Return Policy
All workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to workshop start date will be issued store credit. No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to workshop start date. No credits or refunds will be given the day the workshop begins.
