Yoga Vida - 99 University 

Join Irene for this two hour class to bend, twist, fold, and strengthen your body so that you can free the movement of your spine. Beginning with a short discussion, pranayama, and meditation, you will be guided through a vinyasa flow before breaking down poses and transitions workshop style. There will be some inversions and options for more advanced variations but all levels are welcome with an open mind.
