This workshop is specifically for those with a consistent practice that are looking for ways to deepen their flexibility in their back bending and beyond. Irene will share tips and tricks learned from circus performers, and hand balancers in order to help you safely explore new depths. Expect to learn to flip the grip in poses like bow and dancer, and practice bringing the feet to the head for cobra and eventually scorpion. You will work on going deeper in splits, chest stands, and partner stretching.
This workshop will be catered to the group based on each individual's goals.

All workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to workshop start date will be issued store credit. No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to workshop start date. No credits or refunds will be given the day the workshop begins.
