Synergy Hot Yoga
This workshop is focused on the foundational elements of a strong and safe arm balance practice. Starting with a wrist warm up, basic drills and assessing chaturanga and the poses that build strength, Irene will help you refine your technique. Next you will work on the flexibility and specific strength need to access arm balances ranging from crow to handstand. Expect to challenge yourself by trying new arm balances in a safe way, while learning what to work on in your daily practice. All levels welcome.
