Beginning with pranayama and meditation, the majority of this class will be a dynamic vinyasa flow blending different styles together in a fun and playful way. Modifications will be offered for those in the beginning of their yoga journey, and amplifications offered for more advanced practitioners. The last part of class will be for slower hip and hamstring opening, allowing you to relax and dissolve into restorative stretches. All levels welcome, but being familiar with basic poses will help you get the most out of this practice.
