Black Swan Yoga
This two hour workshop is focused on unlocking flexibility and strength to create the foundation of effortless inversions. Irene will break down stepping stones to a more graceful inversion practice, starting at the basics and working up to more advanced techniques. Expect to see poses like headstand, forearm stand, and handstand and a variety of ways to enter and exit them. This workshop is for all levels, but some familiarity with crow pose will help you make the most of it.
