For those who want to further develop their existing inversion practice or start going upside down for the first time, Irene will teach you how to let go of fear and find balance! You will be guided through alignment, technique and proper modification. Develop your yoga practice as you build the strength and flexibility necessary to float, fly and transition through a variety of handstand and arm balance poses. No inversion experience is necessary; but prior yoga experience is suggested.
