Join Irene for this workshop to bend, twist, fold, and strengthen your body so that you can access deeper flexibility in your shoulders, hips, and spine. Beginning with a short discussion, pranayama, and meditation, you will be guided through Irene's warm up sequence to open and prepare your body. She will then take you through different drills to work on flipping the grip and bringing the feet to the head, as well as deeper hip and hamstring flexibility like splits and leg behind head.
All levels welcome with an open mind.
