Join me for this all levels master class to take you deeper into your yoga practice. Building from the ground up with pranayama and meditation I will lead you through a 90 minute practice focused on balancing the mind body connection through opening the hips and the heart. Emphasis will be placed on building strength and flexibility in a well rounded and dynamic flow. Expect a sweaty practice with room to play or rest as it suits your level of experience. Come with an open mind and a towel!
