Join me for this all levels workshop breaking down the elusive handstand. Starting from the ground up, I will give alignment cues necessary to create positive muscle memory and work towards a free standing handstand. Many drills will be used both on and off the wall, so that you have the tools needed to keep practicing on your own. Even if you can already balance on your hands, this workshop will help you reinforce correct muscle memory and move towards new goals such as pressing into handstand, handstand transitions, or ultimately one handed handstand.
