This membership includes access to all October live classes (and their recordings), all previous recorded monthly series, and a library of additional on-demand classes. Live classes included: Contortion Series, Handstand Series, 75 Minute Contortion Classes, 75 Minute Int/Adv Handstand Classes.

Contortion classes

October contortion series - $75

This series of 4 classes will focus on building a stronger backbend practice in order to safely access deeper poses. Each class is 60 minutes long with Q&A after, and you will have the option to join live and/or practice with the recording. Recordings available until November 15th.

Meets every Wednesday in October at 12pm EDT.

Expect to see a lot of strength and conditioning drills as well as specific flexibility work. Each class will include similar drills but we will work towards different poses every week (like drop backs, chest stand, dancer pose, splits/ oversplits, and much more).

Prerequisite: confidence lifting into wheel pose


75 Minute Contortion Classes

This is a set of two 75 minute long contortion classes that are more intense than the Contortion Series classes, as they are longer.

Come live and/or practice with the recordings, available until November 15th.

These 75 minute long classes will explore a variety of drills and exercises to help strengthen your backbend practice so you can safely explore deeper poses and movements. Classes will include a total body warm up, strength and conditioning work, and specific flexibility drills. Expect to work on splits, oversplits, wheel, drop backs, and much more. Feel free to bring your requests! Irene will offer options for almost all poses, but some experience is required. These class are appropriate for those who have taken Irene's contortion classes before, or have a consistent flexibility practice. Students must be able to enter wheel pose safely in order to attend.


October Handstand series: Strength & Conditioning - $75

This series of 4 classes will focus on strength and conditioning in order to make your handstand practice more effortless. There will be a variety of drills both on and off the wall to help you balance your handstand longer, as well as supplemental strength and conditioning work.

Every class will include a total body warm up, strength and flexibility drills, and conditioning exercises.

Each class is 60 minutes long with Q&A after, and you will have the option to join live or practice with the recording. Recordings available until November 15th.

Meets every Monday in October at 12pm EDT.

Prerequisite: 45-60+ second chest to wall handstand and the ability to jump up into a handstand even if you can't hold it long.

75 Minute intermediate/advanced handstand Classes

This is a set of two 75 minute long handstand classes that cater to intermediate/advanced handstand students.

Come live and/or practice with the recordings, available until November 15th.

These classes will focus on more advanced handstand skills including presses, longer holds, side bending, hollowbacks, and working towards one arm variations.

Prerequisite: 60+ second chest to wall handstand & 30+ second freestanding handstand (or approval from Irene!)
